Deepak Ahuja is a senior business leader, entrepreneur and angel investor with more than three decades of experience across banking, financial services, venture building and international market expansion in the UAE, GCC and India. He brings a combination of
institutional leadership, founder empathy, investment perspective and an extensive cross-border business network. Deepak spent 22 years in banking and financial services, holding leadership roles with Mashreq Bank, Emirates NBD, ABN AMRO, Ahli United Bank
and RAKBANK. In his final banking role, he served as Director at RAKBANK, leading Wealth Management, Mortgages and Insurance.
Since moving full-time into entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem, he has focused on helping technology businesses access new markets, strategic partnerships, customers, capital and senior networks. In March 2023, he co-founded iACCEL GBI in Dubai and serves as its CEO. iACCEL GBI supports technology companies expanding into the Middle East, using the UAE as a launchpad.
